Reston, VA – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has recognized Evolver, Inc. as the Region III Subcontractor of the Year.  Region III is the largest contracting office in the SBA supporting Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.  Nominees for this award are judged on criteria that includes technical, cost, and management performance, labor relations, customer interface, special achievements and exceptional results.  This award places Evolver in consideration for the National Subcontractor of the Year to be named during National Small Business Week events, May 18-20, in Washington, DC.

Doug Barbee Appointed President of Evolver, Inc.

Reston, VA.
