  • Mike O’Kane

    Founder and Chief Executive Officer

    Since founding Evolver in 2000, Michael O’Kane has overseen the company’s emergence as an IT solutions leader in the federal and commercial markets. Guided by Michael’s positive leadership, creative problem solving skills and resourcefulness, Evolver has grown exponentially and has received numerous industry accolades including:

    Michael possesses over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, supporting programs across the federal government and has been recognized for his innovative accomplishments throughout his career. As an Operations Center Manager for RCI, he received recognition for outstanding performance for delivery of weapon systems for a Navy shipbuilding program and as an EDS Account Manager, he received Lockheed Martin’s Subcontractor of the Year award for successfully deploying and supporting the data capture system for the 2000 U.S. Census.

  • David Hayes

    Vice President and Commercial Services Account Manager

    David has over 15 years of managerial and technical experience in the design, development, and deployment of large scalable business systems in the aviation, automotive, defense, financial, software and telecommunications industries.

    He routinely tackles highly complex issues for his clients in the areas of data management and analytics of petabytes of data, performance, scalability and real time continuity of operations. In the area of data analytics, David has designed plans for extraction of critical data items as well as performed hands-on extractions for financial systems to satisfy SEC requirements.

  • Joel E. Resnick

    Director of Computer Forensics and Electronic Discovery

    Joel Resnick has more than a decade of hands-on experience in the field of electronic discovery and computer forensics. Drawing on his law enforcement background, Joel provides clients with a unique focus on policy and procedure protocols.

    Joel has a proven success record with large-scale data collection and processing for Fortune 50 and AM Law 100 firms and has built processing operations that deliver on-time and under budget.

  • Jeff Snyder

    Director Software Development

    Jeffrey Snyder has more than a decade of experience in IT project management, technical development and software development. His expertise includes custom software development, database design, litigation support system design, and systems integration. He utilizes technology to provide real world custom solutions.

  • Steve Hardesty

    Quality Management

    Steve Hardesty brings with him nearly two decades of strategic and tactical program leadership experience. He has applied his skillset in information technology across numerous industries to promote solutions throughout the commercial, non-profit, and government services sectors.

    In his role at Evolver, Steve oversees the IT Quality Management System to ensure all necessary internal controls are in place. He has trained extensively to develop a mastery of industry best practices, such as COBIT Framework, ISO Auditing, Supply Chain Management, and GAMP 4 and holds multiple certifications, including Green Belt Six Sigma, Sigma DFSS, ITIL, Foundations, SEI CMMI, and ISO 9001.
